Ammon @ 18 months

Ammon is getting so big so fast! I can't believe he is already 18 months old. He is such a boy!

Here is a little about him:

He loves to play ball...Any kind of ball, but he is super cute trying to play baseball. He has a little bat and He'll hit the ball, drop the bat and take off running! He's so cute and so much fun! He could play catch all day long. He loves to catch the ball and throw it.

Ammon is finally able to go to nursery....but, he's actually been going for a couple months now. =) He's really good, he loves it, he hardly cries except for when mommy comes in for singing time and then leaves again... he get's sad for a second.

He is starting to try and say everything that we say. A few things he says often are.... Ash (Ashlyn), Aya (for Alley), Go, Stop, Dog, Mama, Dad, Ball, Gampa (Grandpa), No, Hotdog, (tanktu)Thankyou, Spongebob (sad I know...he learned that from the girls =).

He also does the sign language for Milk, eat, drink & more. He can tell you where his nose, eyes, ears, head, hair, mouth, toes, hands and belly button are!

He loves to race and run really fast, spin around, sing songs, play in the dirt and copy

anything the girls are doing! He is such a joy in our home...although he can throw pretty big tantrums! =)

He climbs on everything and is the only kid I've had problems with playing in the toilet..YUCK!

He now weighs 25 pounds. When he is tired he loves Mommy to hold him and he has to play with my hair. If my hair is up where he can't grab it easily...he points and says "hair." He has to hold it at all times! =)

This week we went down to the Pediatric Urologist after having a renal ultrasound done on his Kidneys. We have to do tests every 6 months. This time we only had to do the ultrasound! YaY! The Doctor said everything looks the same, the pelvic kidney (the right kidney) is smaller than the other (that's what they noticed on the last ultrasound too.) But, the left kidney is perfect and since he hasn't had any infections, blood in his urine and no other problems it seems...we don't have to go back for a whole year!! YaY!

We love you Ammon so much! You are growing too fast and getting so smart! You are going to be a great big brother!
