EASTER

The girls looked cute in their little Easter Dresses....

They love their "FLIP SLOPS" (as Ashlyn calls them :)

It's all about the chocolate right??? They found Eggs in the yard and cute purse baskets (they love to carry around little purses) with some fun stuff in them... they each got a few little bunny toys and lot's of CHOcOlAtE and a jump rope (jumperoos as Ashlyn calls them-she has her own little name for everything! :) and bubbles and of course some new spring clothes!

Ashlyn kept saying "oh my gosh, this is berry cool" to everything she found and opened. Alley said, "How does the Easter bunny know we like all these things?" I said, "I don't know, he's pretty smart." In Amazement She said, "Yeah, he REALLY is, these are all our favorite things!"

Fun with FAMILY!

We had lot's of fun with family for Easter. We got together with my family on Saturday and had a little Easter Egg Hunt for the kids and played some fun games and had a BBQ. Our original plans was to go to the River, that's kinda our tradition for Easter to go down there and ride four wheelers and play in the river..... but the water was A little cold and wind blowing out there, so we decided to stay in town instead. We had a lot of fun and the kids always have fun playing with cousins!

CoLoRiNg EgGs

One morning we woke up and colored our eggs in our jammies and all. The girls did a great job. Alley was all about doing stripes on her eggs and Ashlyn dipped each one of hers about 5 different times... haha, very colorful Ashlyn!

Happy Spring!

I love Spring... and we are so glad it's finally here! We have been having so much fun. Just about everyday when Artie get's home from work we go out for a ride. Either we let the girls ride their bikes and I pull Ammon in the bike trailer, (and usually half way Ashlyn is ready to ride in the bike trailer.. :) or we both roller blade and push the kids in the strollers. It's been a lot a fun... (and a good workout:) Sometimes we'll rollerblade to Hafen Park and let the kids play for a while, but then it's hard to try and make it back after a long rest and going up hill... (argh). The girls are having fun riding their car around the house a million times these days too! haha. Anyway, we are loving the weather and having a blast. I love this time of year. We better enjoy it before it gets TOO HOT to do anything!
